Photograph caption dated September 10, 1959 reads, "Construction Soon -- Ground is broken for City National Bank of Beverly Hills new office, the seventh, in Canoga Park as community leaders join president Alfred Hart in turning the earth with a three-handed shovel. Civic dignitaries include Arthur D. Aston, Chamber of Commerce president; Miss Canoga Park (Margi Cirerelle), Hart, and cowboy Chuck Ryan, honorary sheriff. Construction of the $100,000 structure at Topanga Canyon road and Bassett street will begin about Sept. 15."
