Description
Panoramic view of Hollywood, looking southeast from Bernheimer hill, located above Franklin and Orchid Avenues. One print identifies the date as 1907, another as 1912. Orchid Avenue is in the foreground, with a Mission Revival style house facing it. Highland Avenue is at left. The rear of the Hollywood Hotel, with two towers, is seen facing Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood High School at middle right faces Highland Avenue.
