Description
Photograph of the exterior view of McKinley School, Pasadena, in 1910. The mission style school is three-stories tall and has features such as a symmetric façade, cant windows, shingled roofing, arched windows, multicurved gable, and multicurved parapets. A sign above the portico reads "McKinley School". Two persons next to the flagpole at the right corner of the building appear to be raising (or lowering?) the flag. Newly planted trees with wooden supports line the front yard. Sprouts of wild grass are visible on the shoulder next to the dirt road.
