Photograph of portrait of Martha Hunter Taylor, daughter of Captain Jesse Hunter of Mormon Battalion, 1890. Born 1853 on the road between Salt Lake City and San Bernardino in a covered wagon. Married son of Eli Taylor. Died February 1924. The image is from the shoulders up. She is wearing a light blouse with puffed out shoulders and needlework along her left shoulder. She is wearing a pin broach at her collar. Her hair is tied back.
