Dedication of new ltar [sic] at St. Charles Catholic Church, 10814 Moorpark St., has been scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday as worshipers begin using their newly constructed building. First Mass in new church is scheduled for Thanksgiving service Thursday, Rt. Rev. Msgr. Harry C. Meade said."
