Description
Alejandro Lopes "denounced" title of Francisco Limon on the basis that the land had been vacant for more than four years. Lopes requested that he be granted ownership of the parcel. The Committee on Vacant Lands found that a house had been erected on the parcel and sold to a third party, and that a portion had been sown by a third party, but that otherwise the parcel was vacant. The parcel was thereupon awarded to Lopes. The parcel measured 500 varas in length and 400 varas in width. Original Spanish document: pages 14-16. English translation: pages 11-12.
