Charles writes a letter to Ken thanking him for the two copies of Human Resource Management. He says that he thinks Ken made an excellent analysis and presentation of what was done in Japan. Charles shares that he was pleased that Ken emphasized the Japanese accomplishments. He goes on to say that he believes that Deming and Juran would not have had phenomenal success were it not for the groundwork that was done, specifically the work of Sarasohn. The letter is handwritten. The back of the page contains a table for contact assignments, signal switching, and unit connector J6. The back page scan was rotated 180 degrees.
