Description
A notice posted on a building wall in San Francisco Javier reads, "End banditry. To all people taking advantage of the situation in this time of war for our people they rob, threaten, and commit other abuses. You are hereby warned that our organization will take corrective measures. For the best interests of our people, lets combat banditry. PRS-ERP." PRS-ERP".
