Black net dress, spaghetti straps, no sleeves. Binding of chartreuse chiffon in a doulble ruffle at neckline. Alternating hook&eyes and snaps closure on left side. Large sunflowers appliqueed in chartreuse, blue, yellow, and beige. Skirt has lowered waistline, double cirlcle gored skirt. Extremely full, flared, satin slip, attached at neckline. Self belt silver buckle trimmed with rhinestones and green stones.
