Photograph caption dated March 28, 1935 reads, "Shirley Temple has a new set of dolls today, dolls that are dressed exactly as Shirley was in the picture she just completed, "Our Little Girl." Photo shows the little star and one of the dolls, both held by Edward Butcher, Fox film producer. He gave her the dolls for her work in the picture."
