Declaring that the enemy alien evacuation problem is grave but not one that can't be handled smoothly, Governor Culbert L. Olson is shown in the center testifying before the Tolan Congressional Committee hearing in the State Building here on March 6, 1942. The governor said that cooperation of the people is much needed in solving the problem. A number of Japanese are in the crowd listening to witnesses at the hearing.
