Description
Photo looking across Magnolia Blvd. at the construction of Burbank's Media City Center mall. According to the Los Angeles Times, the $400 million mall was partially financed with $50 million in Burbank city redevelopment funds and was built by Alexander Haagen Co. The mall opened in August, 1991. It changed its name to Burbank Town Center in 2005.
