Arrows indicate unfinished ends" -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated, "September 5, 1959". "Never Cross a Bridge Until... Approaches (arrows) are completed for traffic. Long Beach, Nov.10 -- There are no approaches to the $1,171,000 John H. Davis bridge that for 18 months uselessly has spanned the eastern end of Marine Stadium, but there are too many approaches to getting approaches. That, Long Beach City Manager Samuel E.
