Six men can be seen laying asphalt on the road at left, while three tractors with rollers on them to flatten the pavement can be seen behind the men. Utility poles are visible at left and right. Homes can be seen on top of a hill at left, while a train, trees, and a hill can be seen at right. At least one tractor and car can be seen on the road in the background.
