Description
Photograph of two people standing near the "great castor bean plant" in Fullerton, 1905. The massive bean plant begins at left and stretches almost to the right side of the image. A young girl in a light-colored dress is standing in the plant and is dwarfed by its bulk. Another woman is standing near the base of the plant at center. There is a two-story wooden building hidden behind the plant at right, and a fence connected to the building bears the letters "Mer".
