Title supplied by cataloger Susumu Shingu's kinetic sculpture "Wind Circus" consisted of ten pieces shown in ten cities world wide from 1987. In 1988, the sculptures were installed in Westwood from November to January, 1989. In this photograph, two men walk past one of the scullptures, a paddle-wheeled windmill, positioned on the lawn in front of Wilshire Boulevard. Photograph caption reads: "Windcircus" sculptures on display around the Federal Building in Westwood". Photograph dated: Nov. 22, [1988].
