The men are all wearing dark suits, while the women are wearing light-colored nurse's aprons. The hospital building is at center and is a three-story Victorian building with several covered porches and balconies. A tall, conical tower is at right. A large, flat lawn is in the foreground, and a wide palm tree casts a shadow across the grass from the right.
