Photograph caption dated February 9, 1956 reads, "Selected Valley Youths of Month by North Hollywood Y's Men's Club are Halfrid Nelson, 17, student leader at John Burroughs High School, and Tom Walters, president of Canoga Park High School student body. Both will be honored by Y's Men at meeting Monday."
