Description
Wright founded the real estate firm that would eventually be known as Wright and Kimbrough in 1892, using the Stephenson Real Estate Office situated at 1007 Fourth Street as the initial location. He associated with Howard Kimbrough in 1903 and the pair relocated to 402 J Street. Eventually his son W.C. Wright joined the company in 1908 and A.R. Gallaway Jr. joined the company in 1907r. Wright and Gallaway Jr. ran the company until retiring from active management on December 1945. Their sons W.P. Wright, E.M. Wright, and A. Russel Gallaway III took over in January 1946. As the third generation they are in charge of the Arden Park Vista project one of California’s largest and most desired subdivisions located on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Watt Avenue. The firm is selling plots that will eventually feature ranch style houses.
