Photograph caption reads: "Going home for holidays: Levi Miller, held by costumed Lookout Bear, will be going to new home in Birmingham, Ala., after adoption Friday by Isaac and Torin Miller. In all, 41 children were adopted at the Department of Children's Services 26th Adoption Day." Photograph dated: Dec. 18, 1988.
