Description: Shown on the north side of the Hotel Berry, located at Eighth and L streets, is a mural dedicated to Original Mac's which was located at the same spot. Owned and operated by Mac and Lewis Nesmon, the diner operated until it was damaged by fire in January 1964. It was known for its take out men that featured several kosher-style options.
