Description
Free form, anodized alluminum, sculpture decorates the lower portion of the north-face of Crocker Citizens new Capitol Mall Headquarters building. The bank is expected to move into the $5,000,000 structure later this month. The North, or Mall face, was given this trim by Artist David Tolerton to relate the building with the garden fountain area.
