Looking north on Broadway from 3rd Street in the early part of the century we can see the City Hall on the right (with a tower), and beyond it (with a tower and a flag) the County Courthouse. Cars, horses and carriages, trolleys and bicycle riders as well as pedestrians can be seen down the length of the street.
