Description: White felt fez with red tassel banded by 4 row band of rhinestones. In rhinestones in appliqued letters across front: "Ankh No. 92" and on patch with Shriners' sword: "L.O.S. of NA" which signifies membership in Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, an affiliate of the Shriners. On back in rhinestone letters: "San Jose, CA."
