Video documentary of California state sesquicentennial celebrations held in the Sonoma Plaza in the City of Sonoma, 1996. A commemorative speech is followed by a bugle performance featuring bugle calls that would have been played following the raising of the Bear Flag and beginning of the end of Mexican rule.
