Jacobson, an instructor in real estate at UCLA, will be the guest speaker at the San Fernando Valley Apartment House Owners Association's monthly meeting Monday, Feb. 17, 8 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 14541 Sylvan St., Van Nuys. A graduate of UCLA's school of business administration in 1952, Jacobson has written a book, 'Exchange Techniques with Tax Implication,' now used in the classroom. He is president of the Venice Board of Realtors. In 1962 the Venice board voted him the 'Realtor of the Year.'"
