Photograph caption dated March 22, 1965 reads, "Harding Street School, 13060 Harding St., Sylmar, became an organized PTA this month. Along with the official presentation of the charter by members of 31st District PTA, a slate of officers was elected. Shown, in front, receiving the president's gavel from Mrs. William Fisher, president of Hubbard Street PTA, is Mrs. Charles Myers. In back are other newly elected officers, from left, Mmes. Jack Schienbein, third vice president, and Roger Lang, the first charter member."
