The Arden Park Vista development in 1946 offered potential home owners what the Wright and Kimbrough company referred to as “country charm city convenience”. The real estate company ran by W.P. Wright, E.M. Wright, and A. Russel Gallaway III advertised spacious homes with a convenient location on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Watt Avenue. Lot values ranged from $825 for 70’ x 160’ to $1,150 for 93’ x 180’.
