Photograph of a view of the San Diego Harbor at the foot of Seventh Street, showing the Pacific Steamship Company, ca.1900. The steamship company building is at center and consists of two identical wooden buildings built very close to each other. There are large open doorways in the center of the buildings, and a large group of men is gathered in front of them. A long wooden pier juts into the ocean at left, and several steamships with tall masts are anchored off shore. A train can be seen making its way off the pier at left, and in the foreground at right, an assortment of small wooden buildings is visible.
