The Health Department Administrative Headquarters, designed by Arthur Froehlich & Associates, Architects. The building is a 12-story office and laboratory structure with a four-story parking facility. It occupies more than two acres on a site bounded by Temple and Figueroa Sts. and Fremont Ave.
