Description
Bench with plaque dedicated to Robert Cook. It is located on the Bob Cook section of the Pacific Coast Trail. Photo taken on June 1, 1980 on the day of the dedication for the bench. The plaque reads: "Robert B. Cook 1959-1979 This scenic 4.3 mile section of the Pacific Coast Trail between the Matt Davis and the Laurel Trails, is dedicated to the memory of Bob Cook. It was conceived as his Eagle Scout project and, through his persistence and determination, was built with volunteer labor over a two year period."
