Description
"With construction running ahead of schedule, an April completion date is being predicted for this $11 million 150,000-square-foot office building downtown at 11th and J streets. Designed by architect Edwin Kado to complement rather than detract from the nearby Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament and the old Elks Building, the structure also contains a multi-level parking garage. The building is owned by Capitol Development Co., a partnership of San Francisco realtor Susan Woo and several Taiwanese businessmen. The contractor is Harbison-Mahony-Higgins Inc., Sacramento"
