Photograph article dated April 4, 1958 partially reads, "For Mrs. E. L. Farris of Sun Valley, the pitchers which she collects as a hobby might well be a symbol of her life of service poured out to her family and community. Like the magic pitcher in the fable which could never be emptied Mrs. Farris continues to give of herself in full measure and seemingly never run out of energy for the causes she serves." Mrs. Farris pictured with an Etruscan Majolaca, which her grandfather presented to her mother 75 years ago.
