Photograph caption dated July 29, 1963 reads, "Prize animals, Paul the Steer and Sally the Lamb, get a final going-over before they are put on the auction block at 7 p.m. Friday at the San Fernando Valley Exhibition and Livestock Show at Devonshire Downs, 18000 Devonshire Blvd., Northridge. The annual show will be sponsored by Valley FFA chapters and 4-H clubs Friday through Sunday. The auction is sponsored by Valley Kiwanis clubs. Members of North Hollywood High FFA preparing for sale are Bob Burson, Gary Stoller, who owns Paul and Sally, and Richard Torelli."
