Constructed between 1881-1891; architects: Julius W. Krause, William F. Curlett, Walter J. Cuthbertson, Theodore Augustus Eisen, William Sterling Hebbard. Red sandstone building built in Richardsonian Romanesque style. Located on Temple Street, between Broadway and Spring St.
