The float can be seen at center and consists of a rectangular base with several large flowers on top. The base is covered with dark flowers, and light flowers form the words "Redondo Beach" and "Chamber Commerce". Several women in long dresses can be seen sitting on the float. In the background at left, a crowd can be seen along the side of the road.
