Description
The construction of Rodger Young Village which was constructed for veteran and service men's families by the Housing Authority of L.A. The metal quonset structures are quickly erected as temporary housing by the William Radkovich Co. at 4920 E. Washington Boulevard and the Zoss Construction Co. View 16: shows quonset structures still under construction. An electrician straddles the top of an electrical pole, connecting wires from the pole to several of the structures.
