Description
The enlisted men of STARU 3910 wrote and published the “Stardust” newspaper. It circulated every Tuesday and provided a mixture between news and humor. STARU or Star unit stands for specialized training and reassignment. Using the Sacramento Junior College as a headquarters, the army specialized training program brought army trainees proven to have high aptitude in certain instruction courses to further evaluate them and develop their skill sets.
