Two sets of streetcar tracks can be seen in the middle of the road, and at right, a streetcar can be seen. Automobiles are parked along the sides of the road on both sides, while pedestrians can be seen as well. A row of two-story homes lines the road a left. In the background at center, the large Hotel Balboa and the even large Hotel Commodore tower over the surrounding structures.
