Description
While most of Thousand Oaks' Old Town area would remain in a 'rustic country-western' state under a proposal due to reach city planning commissioners Monday, a suggestion for a center median on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, above has drawn the ire of businessmen. The study singles out Fred's Appliance as meeting the architectural theme the building was constructed in 1945 as a general store.
