Description
James Omo and his wife, Joyce, enjoy festivities at a Filipino Community of Ventura County Inc. (FCVCI) event in 1972. Jim Omo was the executive director of the Boys and Girls Club of Oxnard and later became the executive director at Hayward's Boys and Girls Club.
