Description
Cars whiz by completed curb on Ventura Freeway at Cunningham Road, signaling close of last grade level freeway crossing in Thousand Oaks. The hazardous intersection was closed by State Highway Division last week, but center divider was left open to provide two-way freeway access to Rolling Oaks Estates.
