Description
Launching Pads - Concrete was recently poured for foundations of the first phase of apartment-homes being built by McKeon Construction near the Ventura Freeway and Ventu Park Road. Observing the event are, from left, Glenn Kendall, Thousand Oaks city manager Andy Miller, construction superintendent David Betts, city councilman Charles Cohen, city councilman Gary Fallon, manager of the Conejo Valley branch of the Bank of America, and Austin Eddy president of McKeon. One unit of the four-plex in the first unit sells for $15,500 and will be available in May.
