Trust Certificate certifies that Severo Talaugon of Carpinteria is a member of the Filipino Community Association of Santa Barbara and contributed $100 to the purchase of the property at 425 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA. Trust agreement lists the beneficiaries, wrongly transcribed as Vickie Talaugon (supposed to be Becky Talaugon) and Betty Talaugon (supposed to be Bea Talaugon).
