Historic Bell - Fred Raio, manager of United California Bank's Thousand Oaks office, adjusts bell presented during groundbreaking of UCB's new Conejo branch by Poinsettia parlor of Native Daughters of Golden West. Bell will be placed on bank's site, near corner of Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards, when facility opens early next ye year [sic]. Raio will be vice president and manager of new office. Architect rendering depicts United California Bank's new branch office near corner of Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards. The 9,400-square-foot building, to open next spring, features drive-up teller window, night depository and parking for 46 cars.
