Description
Frank Ines, Vicent Ines's ninong (godfather), is pictured at the Spingville Ranch in Camarillo in this damaged image from the 1950's. Frank's car is parked at the front of one of the labor camp living quarters, which housed 10 units. The living quarters at Springville totaled 20 units for single males and 7 homes for families.
