Description
This photo was taken at the opening of the Visalia Public Library in Visalia, CA, in 1937. It later became Tulare County Public Library - Visalia Branch, and was supplanted by a new, adjacent building. Remodeling completed in 2008 led to a combined structure with the building in this photo becoming the children's section and administration. (Photo courtesy of Carol Earl)
