Alden Gray, Vice President of Title Insurance and Trust Company and Manager of Ventura County operations, with Joseph P. Brown, general manager of Janss-Thousand Oaks, president of Janss Realty and vice president of Janss Corporation, on the occasion of TI's presentation of a hand lettered-on-vellum record of the chain of title of Rancho Conejo from the King of Spain in 1769 to the Janss Corporation, present owner.
