Exterior photograph of the Banning Almond Growers Association warehouse located at the northwest corner of Third and Bryant Streets in Banning, California. The warehouse was erected about 1913. In 1949, it was sold Ermisch Dry Cleaners and later bought by the state for the freeway. The California Almond Exchange organized in 1910. C. D. Hamilton was President of the California Almond Association from 1926 to 1936. Mr. R. H. Coombs was local representative and manager of this warehouse.
