Description
The Visalia Free Library in Visalia, CA, is shown as it appeared when newly built in 1936. This building later was closed for earthquake risk and used only for storage. In 2008, after extensive renovation, it was added as a children's and administrative wing to the newer Tulare County Public Library building at the same location.
